Numara Track-It! Online Training

Numara® Track-It!® Online Training is a fully interactive, instructor-led, web-based training solution. We have options available for technicians as well as administrators.

Online Training Subscription for Technicians

Technicians enroll in Track-It! Online Training to learn software operation or deepen their existing Track-It! knowledge. Your subscription also includes access to pre-recorded training sessions which are always available, so even the busiest of technicians can learn to maximize the benefits of Track-It!. Unlimited sign-ups and no per-class charges mean there’s always an online training seat available.
The – Track-It! Online Training subscription also includes over 30 software simulated lessons for you to interact with and learn Track-It! Reporting using Crystal Reports. Learn how to build those critical reports essential for managing your Help Desk. Best of all, you can learn at your own pace and when it’s convenient for you.
Sessions are scheduled in two week cycles and are built around 30-, 60- and 90- minute blocks of time. Students register online for the sessions they want. Attend as many classes as many times as you want, it’s all included in your Online Subscription.

Online Administering Numara Track-It!

Numara recognizes the challenges of our current business climate and the negative impact of the economy on training budgets. We also recognize the important role that training plays in the success of your Track-It! investment. In response, we are offering a special, online Track-It! Administrator training class. This instructor-led class will follow the same syllabus as our 3-day regional class with a focus on the mechanics of administering the Track-It! application. The training will run over a two day period, 8 hours per day, with an East Coast and a West Coast option. Get the Syllabus.

PRE-REQUISITE: We strongly recommend that you attend the “Using Numara Track-It!” class or subscribe to the Track-It! Online training. Due to the time constraints, no topics specific to the technician access of Numara Track-It! will be covered.
